Certification and Care Commission Inspection Reports

As an organisation we were very pleased to be awarded two grade 4s, (good), and two grade 5s, (very good), when inspections first started to be graded in July 2008. We have a policy of continual improvement in all aspects of management of this service and were delighted to be awarded one grade 4 and three grade 5s the following year. We are looking forward to all subsequent inspections and the opportunity to improve our grading still further.
As well as grading there are full copies of the reports which are published following their inspector’s visits, of which there are two each year, one an announced inspection the other unannounced. You will see by reading the reports that they are very thorough and will give you a clear idea of how the service is managed and run.
